For your application you must start by logging in to your application form. Use the journal number (KP24-xxxx) and PIN from your receipt that you received after the payment was processed.
Enter work details and upload images
Enter work details and uploading images is done on the application form. Up to 6 works can be entered on one journal number, which can be documented with up to 4 images per work. You don't need to use all four image fields unless it makes sense in relation to your work.
The works can be submitted in the categories: Painting, sculpture, drawing, prints, photography, collage, ceramics, installation, performance, video, sound, digital or other. 'Other' is intended for works that do not fit into the other categories. You can mix several categories on one application form.
A work can consist of several parts (e.g. a series), and if the documentation of a work requires more than 4 images, the entire application form can be used to document this work (up to 24 images). In that case, only one work can be submitted. It is important to make it clear to the jury that then it is one work by, for example, writing part of work #1 in the title field for work #2, #3 etc.
If you want to submit more than 6 works, you have to buy another journal number.
Follow the instructions on the application form.
It's a good idea to have prepared work documentation before starting.
For the sake of the selection committee, video and sound works that last longer than 3 minutes must be accompanied by a trailer of a maximum of 3 minutes in a separate file.
For more details on image size etc. see Technical requirements

Alternatively, video, audio and other files can be sent directly to KP in one of the following ways:
