Task of the Selection Committee

The Selection Committee selects the works for KP20, and is also responsible for subsequently composing the exhibition overall.

The Selection Committee has been appointed by the KP Board on the basis of proposals and recommendations from members of KP and the Board's own proposals.

Milena Bonifacini
born 1963 (Lima, Peru) – lives and works in Nyborg (DK).
Graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen.
Works with paintings, objects and drawings.
Milena Bonifacini is also a member of the Academy Council, the Royal Academy of Fine Arts.

Kaspar Bonnén
born 1968 – lives and works in Copenhagen.
Graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen.
Works with paintings, objects and drawings.
Kaspar Bonnén is also a member of the Academy Council, the Royal Academy of Fine Arts.

Esben Klemann
born 1972 – lives and works in Copenhagen.
Graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen.
Works with sculpture, and has also made a number of significant works for public places.

born 1955 – blives and works in Aarhus.
Graduated from Jutland Academy of Fine Arts, Aarhus.
Works with serial works and installations, based on photography and painting.


Mariko Wada

Mariko Wada
born 1972 (in Japan) – lived and worked in Aarhus since 1988. Graduated from Kolding School of Design, Department of Ceramics and Doshisha University, Kyoto, Japan. Aesthetics and Art theory. BA.
Works with sculpturel ceramics in different scales and contexts.
